Patients over 18 need their own account
Parents can add dependent children under 18.
Your first name, surname, DOB and mobile phone must exactly match the information we have on your file.
If the registration is declined, it is likely our system has a slightly different first name, surname, DOB or mobile on your file. You can email info@donabateclinic.ie with each of these details and you can re-try the registration process.
For urgent appointments with no availability on the app, please call reception at 01 843 6611.
Pre-payment is required for non-medical card holders.
